Shipping & Delivery

We offer FREE UK, EU, USA delivery.

See item details for estimated arrival times. Each product contains an estimated turnaround time and a shipping time. We will contact you once you have placed your order to give you a more precise turnaround and shipping times.

Your furniture will usually be shipped flat packed, with the legs detached to avoid damage in transit. Sometimes the 2 or more packages of your consignment may not arrive together.

We supply all our furniture with special furniture insert nuts, bolts and an Allen key. It is very easy and quick to assemble.

For UK Buyers our furniture is mainly sent via courier, on a 24hr or 48hr service (according to the size). Larger items are sent with a private courier of trust (they will be in touch with you to arrange ETA once the furniture is dispatched). Our partner couriers offer a great, flexible service for your peace of mind. You can always change and re-arrange delivery date according to your convenience.

We can also arrange morning or SATURDAY DELIVERIES (UK only) additional charge applies, so check options when purchasing.

For EU BUYERS and NORTH AMERICA we send our furniture with different couriers, mainly DHL, FedEx and UPS. It will usually take 2-5 working days, from collection date to delivery date.

Customs and import taxes (for the EU and NORTH AMERICA)

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. 7MAGOK is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Our products are handmade and therefore do not offer cancellation refunds. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order, we prefer to work through problems as best we can. The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective,
