We primarily use solid oak, reclaimed wood, and high-grade birch plywood in our furniture. Our oak furniture is available in both prime oak and character oak. Prime oak has a cleaner, more uniform grain with fewer natural knots, while character oak features more visible grain patterns and knots, giving the wood a more natural and distinctive appearance. Reclaimed wood offers a more unique and one-of-a-kind character, often featuring distinctive textures and markings that make every piece slightly different. These natural variations give reclaimed wood furniture a warm, individual look that cannot be replicated. For some designs we also use high-grade birch plywood, valued for its strength, stability, and clean layered edge, making it a durable and modern material choice. All materials are carefully selected to ensure long-lasting quality, durability, and craftsmanship.

Our solid wood table and desk tops are designed to provide both durability and visual presence. Depending on the design, our tops are typically around 25–40 mm thick, giving the furniture a strong, substantial feel. Using thicker solid wood also improves strength and stability, making the furniture suitable for everyday use while highlighting the natural character of the wood grain.

One of the most appealing qualities of solid wood furniture is how it ages and develops character over time. As natural wood matures, the grain and colour can deepen slightly, creating a richer and more distinctive appearance. Small marks or patina that develop through everyday use often add to the unique character of the piece, rather than diminishing it.
