How to keep your furniture looking beautiful for years to come
For solid wood tables
We often get asked how to care for our solid wood pieces — here are our top tips to help you keep them clean and protected!
Daily cleaning

Wipe with a lightly damp, soft cloth and dry thoroughly.

Avoid abrasive sponges, harsh chemicals, or strong cleaners — they can strip the natural oils.

Always use coasters, placemats, or protective covers to guard against heat, liquid, and messy activities.
For extra care

You can use a silicone-free furniture wax spray. Spray it onto a cloth (not directly on the surface), wipe over the table, and buff to a soft finish.

Most of our tables are protected with Treatex Hardwax Oil, an eco-friendly blend of natural oils and waxes.

In about a year (or when you feel it’s needed), you can apply a fresh coat. Check Treatex’s site for advice and maintenance products:

For customers outside the UK: Look for a locally made hard wax oil as a great natural alternative.
